So isn’t that all you need for being that Multi-Monitor Geek? No, there’s more. Its quiet possible you have more than one Computer (CPU) to add to the horsepower. You wish to be able to use single Mouse, Keyboard across Computers. Well, we’ve a tool that lets you do exactly that.

Now you don’t need to get up from one PC and move to the next. It means that the same mouse and keyboard will be used to control all the connected PCs. This makes your Mouse and Keyboard work without borders.

Multiplicity lets you control up to 9 computers from one set of mouse and keyboard. Application comes form popular Desktop customizations company, Stardock.

When you launch the app, you’re greeted by an smooth interface. Set your main computer as the Primary Computer; this allows you to control all the Secondary PC’s without getting up. Now go to each one of your Secondary PCs,  and install Multiplicity on them. This is one time thing. You’ll have to pair all computers to the Primary one. A Combination of computer name and passcode does the job of adding each secondary PC in the primary computer.

After adding Secondary PC, you can drag and drop it to a different column/row, if you like.

When the secondary computer is added, you can see its name and change its position by just dragging and dropping it around. Same way, you can change the position of your own computer. The program allows you to control a total of 9 computers.

Free version only lets you control the mouse. Advanced features such as copying text, and files, across Multiple PCs are available in the Paid version. App is compatible with all versions of Windows including Windows 8.
