QuickSettings is compatible with Android 2.3 above, which includes almost 90% of Android devices out there. QuickSettings adds a fixed widget in the Notification area, which when tapped brings Android 4.2 Jelly Bean-style quick settings menu.
As one would expect tap on any toggle button to toggle the setting, long press to reveal the settings page.
