You can find a link to Resource Monitor under the Performance tab in Task Manager, or by running the command &#039;perfmon /res&#039;.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On Resource Monitor, you can right click any active process and select &#039;Suspend&#039; or &#039;Resume&#039;.</description>
