Well, I’m writing one Twitter Bot that will does exactly this and much more. I’m planning on the capacity coz as capacity grows, it can under-run. The current Implementation I’m working on will handle 30,000 followers easily. But I need more scalability. I should be ready sometime before Christmas. Stay Tuned!
