Most people are migrating to postgresql or other databases. MySQL is likely dead, but it doesn’t matter anyway.

So what if Oracle decides to kill MySql? Oracle is not a monopoly and it’s not Microsoft – unlike an OS, databases are a plenty. EU is overreaching and it shows how evil governments become when they grow too large.

If you asked me, I’d say good riddance to MySql. There’re still good databases around without it.

I tried it with Chrome and Firefox. After the header The EU Controversy, the rightmost bits of text are chopped off, making your blog hard to read at any window size.

Recommended solution: Use tables– they work better.

I highly recommend you check it out if you are worried about mySQL, or are looking for an alternative.
