Apple Mac Tablet is now Available. But it’s Unofficial – iTab Mini

itab_mini_logoDust on the Apple Tablet Rumors will never settle till 2010, But for meanwhile we have something to keep us excited. A MAC OS X running on a Un-official Tablet.
What’s Inside?
Specs – 12.1” Touchscreen,  Processor – Intel Core 2 Duo , RAM-  2 gGB, HDD – 160 GB  and parts of an old MacBook put together. Indeed, I must admit, its not a bad deal. A very impressive Apple tablet mockup.
It’s called iTab Mini, and, it has nothing to do with Apple, it’s as good as a Hackintosh, that you can easily make with our guide, on a Normal PCInstall Mac OS X Leopard OSx86 on PC Dual Boot Windows 7, Vista in 9 Easy Steps.
It’s pretty decent performance wise, but design is something we don’t expect to be in so called Apple devices. Ofcourse it’s no match to what Apple will come out with in 2010, but It keeps our taste-buds happy for a while.

To keep the excitmenet up, here are the rest of the Specs –  2 USB ports, FireWire, video in, ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, and it all weighs a relatively modest 1.84 kg.

Of course, when Apple releases the real deal, we’d expect a bit more lightweight and elegant performing devil, but the iTab Mini is still quite darned impressive. Check out several pictures –

Somebody actually connected an external Apple keyboard with it and it looks like this –
