Jailbreak iPad 3.2 with Spirit
Step 1. Update your iTunes to latest version (9.1.1), if not already.
Step 2. Run the downloaded Spirit jailbreak.
Note: Windows 7 users: Run Spirit in Compatibility Mode
Step 3. Connect your iPad 3G or iPad WiFi via USB cable and once detected, Hit the Jailbreak button to Jailbreak iPad.
Sit back and relax, your iPad will reboot and some progress bar will appear. Once iPad reboots, Cydia icon will be available on iPad Home screen.
