Siri is the singlemost convincing reason for upgrading from iPhone 4 to iPhone 4S.
Several Jailbreak Cydia alternatives have been proposed, the most effective being Spire, but its way to complicated to achieve for a normal user. Other than that you actually need iPhone 4S for Spire.
The new Application called Sara is a Siri clone, that lets you install Siri-like app on iPhone 2g, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch, iPad 1, iPad 2, without iPhone 4S. To be honest its better than Siri!
Sara is free voice recognition utility that goes beyond Siri’s reminders or driving users crazy with nonsensical conversation. Sara is much more versatile – allowing users to train it to accept new commands, when trained to do so.
It’s described by its creators as having an “open” brain, allowing those in the know to create plug-ins for special commands fairly simply. Soon Sara would get a wide variety of plugins. Even at the time of writing, it had some impressive features like ability to scan barcodes and QR codes and indicating which businesses in a user’s locale sell that particular product or service.
Sara goes beyond Siri by supporting 37 languages. Too good to be true? It was all developed in a month’s time.

Open Cydia and add source “http://isoftjsc.com”. Search for “Sara” and install it.
