Sharing and syncing files between android and PC is easy with millions of apps out in Play Store. But most of these Syncing and File transfer utilities have too many clicks involved.
From the developer of AIDE, comes a new app called Scatter: P2p file sharing and syncing between Android devices and Windows PC. Scatter is an all-in-one solution for sharing clipboard content and files between a PC and an Android device. Its not jsut about file transfers, you can sync files between two or more Android, windows devices.
Scatter is coming soon to iOS and Mac OS X (at the time of writing). And it would become the only app that does cross-platform file syncing: Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, Android.
Using Scatter
To get Started with scatter, Install Scatter on All android devices from here and Windows here.
In the first run, signup and sigin into the app, one account across all devices you wish to sync with each other. Switch to the ‘Your Data’ tab and you can see all the folders that you’ve sent and received files/text from. To sync and share a file with other devices, select a source from the left and drag & drop the files you want to sync to your device. It then automatically syncs between all the devices over Wifi.
