With Espier launcher HD, you get the same iOS style multiple scrollable homescreens, enhanced multitasking features, the Jiggle Mode to reposition app icons on the required homescreens.
To group various items into a single folder, and to kill apps from the App Switcher, multiple assortment modes for desktop icons, the Android-style power control widget (within the App Switcher), the immensely helpful Spotlight search that helps you search for virtually anything from within the entire OS, and plenty of customization features that you’re surely going to love.
You can even use it uninstalling apps by long pressing on icons till they start shaking i.e. the Jingle Mode. You can also move icons to re-arrange all of them to a new place. You can also swipe the screen upwards to reveal the App Switcher that lists all the recently used apps.
From the App switcher, you kill apps by long pressing, as you would do on iPad. You can also create folders by draggin icons on top of other icons. Swiping to the last homescreen from the left reveals the Spotlight Search bar that is there to cater for your queries pertaining to, well, almost anything from within the OS.
The Espier Launcher HD works on almost any Honeycomb or ICS tablet without glitches. We tried it on Galaxy Tab 10.1, Transformer Prime and works as advertised.

This is really interesting to know. Something very funny and it could make disappointed to Apple. Apple should have worry about it but really good job by Android developers.
