The US version of Nexus One was launched without any support for multitouch. We had already discussed that it supported it and was just disabled in the software. A modder has made it possible to get multitouch in the web browser just like it happened for Motorola droid.
Here’s how you can do it.
Step 1: Root your Nexus One (if not already).
Step 2: Download all the mentioned files for:
http://n0rp.chemlab.org/android/nexus/Browser.apk
http://n0rp.chemlab.org/android/nexu…od.android.xml
http://n0rp.chemlab.org/android/nexu…od.android.jar
Step 3: To add these files, run the following commands:
adb shell stop adb remount adb shell rm /system/app/Browser.odex adb push Browser.apk /system/app adb push com.cyanogenmod.android.jar /system/framework adb push com.cyanogenmod.android.xml /system/etc/permissions adb shell reboot
Step 4: You’re done! Reboot your nexus one, and launch the all new Multitotuch browser.

The screen is much like the iPhone too, it's capacitive touch and made of glass, so you will find the sensitivity much the same.
