As we reported earlier, Google had been working on a new Search (codenamed caffeine) which will bring ground up changes in Google‘s searching mechanism, making it faster and efficient without impacting the results. We had discussed the revamped UI in detail.
With a slight hack, you can get to try it before it officially reaches you:
1. Navigate to Google.com. ( Use http://Google.com/ncr if you are outside U.S.)
2. Copy and paste following javascript into your URL address field:
javascript:void(document.cookie="PREF=ID=20b6e4c2f44943bb:U= 4bf292d46faad806:TM=1249677602:LM=1257919388:S=odm0Ys-53Zu eXfZG;path=/; domain=.google.com");
Note: Remove everything else, just this Javascript code should stay.
3. Hit enter or Go.
4. Reload or open a new Google.com (/ncr if you are outside U.S.) page and you will have access to the new user interface.

Thanks for pointing out but this is not related with this Javascript execution. this happens when you repeatedly send GET queries to google.
