Motorola has started selling its premier Tablet Motorola XOOM that runs Android Honeycomb – OS designed specifically for Tablets.
The reviews state positive attributes of the new Tablet and even call it the First Real competitor of iPad, that actually does better at most of the tasks. Motorola XOOM vs iPad is really a question of comparing an older generation device with a new one, which makes Xoom rock on every front minus the number of apps available for the Tablets on each platform.
The battery life is slightly lower than iPad too, but that would not be a show stopper as it beats iPad at everywhere else, thanks to the all new Android 3.0 HoneyComb that features some awesome UI overhaul including smoother transitions, responsive UI, better notifications, faster performance.
