Two of the most easy and popular ways to sync your music library between your iPhone and iPad are as follows:
Through iTunes – This is by far the easiest way to transfer music between your Apple iOS devices. Follow the steps:
Transfer purchased music from your iPhone / iPad to to iTunes Music Library by connecting your device to your computer using USB cable.
Once transfer is complete, connect the target device i.e. your iPad / iPhone where you wish to transfer your music files to.
Once connected, click the iPad / iPhone icon and choose the music files you wish to transfer
Click Sync at the right bottom of the window.
Through Cloud Service – There are a great number of cloud service Apps in the App Store which offer sync support for music files. Popular Cloud Services are Apple iCloud, Google Drive, and Dropbox. Various services provide different free webspace and offer paid extended space too.Follow the steps as follows:
Install the Google Drive or Dropbox App. Apple iCloud App comes pre-installed in iOS.
Register your account with your preferred cloud service.
Select the files which you wish to move and Upload them
Install your preferred cloud service app on the target device i.e. iPad or iPhone. And log in to your account
Once the device starts syncing after the login, your files shall get downloaded in your new device.
You can play the files from within the cloud service folder.
