Samsung’s Galaxy A9 is the world’s first quad camera smartphone. A phone that has all four types of lenses popularly used by leading OEMs. And boy do they deliver impeccable images. Although Samsung seems to be concentrating on revolving the A9 adverts around its camera, another exciting feature is the stunning new range of gradient colors these phones are available in. Such Big screen, Big specs need a Big battery, perhaps a really Big one (5000 mAh). This phone has Dual SIM support.
As mentioned above, color variants of Galaxy A9 are the first most striking feature. The phone comes in Caviar Black, Lemonade Blue, and Bubblegum Pink, each of its own league.
The huge dimensions (162.5 x 77 x 7.8 mm) for this Galaxy A series phone provides it with humongous real estate space and when the manufacturer is Samsung, possibilities are infinite. The amazing part is, that Samsung has adequately equipped A9 with killer specs, yet its weight has not passed 185 grams.
The third most striking feature is the Camera. And there seem to be quite a handful of those on A9 (Starting from the Top):

And the front camera is 24 MP camera with wide shot capabilities. Thanks to a total of 5 cameras on the phone, the camera App seems to be serving a buffet of features.
The phone carries a dedicated Samsung Bixby button on the side. It comes with Type C USB and has fast charging capabilities. It also retains the 3.5 mm headphone jack thanks to its mammoth size.
The A9 sports a Glass and Metal design. Screen is secured with Gorilla Glass 4 protection and has slim Bezels. Glass back design with aluminum frame. Its predecessor A7 had finger print scanner on the side, while same has been ergonomically moved to rear in A9.
The 6.3 inch display is vivid and rich with FHD sAMOLED capacitive touch screen. A good resolution (1080 x 2220 pixels) for the segment it belongs to and a 18.5:9 aspect ratio. This settles at around 392 ppi density. The phone has an Always On Display functionality.
The phone has Qualcomm SDM660 Snapdragon 660 under the hood, fitted with Octa-core (4×2.2 GHz Kryo 260 & 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 260) processors and a Adreno 512 GPU. The phone also has FM Radio.
With two RAM options of 6 GB and 8 GB, users can enjoy 128 GB of internal storage, same is expandable upto 512 GB.
